Well lets hope I can pursuade the first group of you by educating you of the amazing benefits that a mother can reap if she does this... and also I want to help the second group of you. You dont have to pay someone all sorts of money to have this done... because I did it right here in my kitchen.. yep!

HOW TO:
- wash the placenta under cold water
- slice in into small enough strips to fit onto the dehydrator trays
- lay onto dehydrator til its dry. 6-8 hrs keep below 118 degrees if using the oven
- placed dried pieces into our blender to grind it up.
- put them into capsules and cap them
- store in sealed container and store in refridgerator
Capsules can be kept indefinitly. Place in fridge. Take 2-3capsules about twice a day for the first two weeks. Then take when you feel you need a boost. Ive heard some mamas even kept there's for when menopause snuck its ugly head and this helped them with the symptoms.
