doTERRA

Essential oils... oh how I LOVE you. I have been lucky to meet some great mamas who have introduced me to them. Of course its one of them things that I just wanted to learn about, but now its become a lifestyle that I want to share with everyone. I mean EVERYONE! When some problem arises I'm always the first to jump and say, you should try this oil; it helps with.... 

I met doTERRA. I love love love doTERRA. Once you try one you will be SOLD. 

I'm a mom of 5 kids, I can get a mean headache at the end of the day. I tried Peppermint on my temples and the back of my neck and it immediately felt cool, and that alone relieved it completely. WOW I was amazed. 

I have a 6 month old who hates to sleep at night. Usually I will see every hour to every two hours. Recently I have been putting some lavender with a carrier oil into a roller bottle and massaging it on his feet at night.  Last night he went to bed at 8pm, woke up his usual at 1130 to nurse, and back to bed til 3 and 7am! That's a great night for us!

My daughter when she gets a cold it will turn into pneumonia easy. I have been putting eucalyptus in some carrier oil and rubbing it on her chest like a vapor rub, rolling it down her spine and a little on her feet. This helps her with the coughing during the night. 

My 7 year old son fell on the ice at ice skating class. He bruised and scraped open his cheek. Ive treated it with frankincense, lavender and tea tree oil in a roller bottle with a carrier oil and its already looking amazing. He too loves to have his own little bottle of oil. 

My oldest son, well he knows how much I have been into oils and he will bring me my box of oils and ask "mom is there anything in here that you can put on this....?" Hes 9 and hes SOLD! 

My husband has asthma... we have been slowly giving Breathe into his palms to rub and cup over his face to take deep breaths. So far its working really well. Going to slowly get rid of that expensive inhaler that requires a doctors appointment again and again just to get a refill. Waste of money. 

Oh and can I mention frankincense one more time... its a go to oil for about anything. One night I was in a negative funk... really quick to tears and irritable. Well I put some of it on my wrists and palms and took a few wiffs. I noticed myself driving to town and took another wiff of my scented palms cause I noticed I still felt "off." Then 10-15 minutes later I was thinking... wow I don't feel so anxious! That stuff really helped me! 

Doctors are diffusing doTERRAs On Guard essential oil in their offices because its powerful make up helps with immunity. We love diffusing it in our home too. It helps kill all those germs for my whole family. I also love on guard as a throat gargle. Put some in water, swish it in your mouth, gargle it and swallow it. Kills all that icky stuff inside, and kicks the onset of a cold. Works great!

I have also been putting drops of oil in all my homemade things around the home. Laundry soaps, lotions, bath salts, body wash, cough syrups. Elderberry syrup. I gave it all out as Christmas gifts this year hoping to show my family at least a little bit of how they work. Good idea huh?  

These are just a few scenarios out there.... I have read people have used doTERRA oils for everything and anything. They are powerful!
